MEALS AT THE HOTEL: 
Breakfast at your own discretion. Continental breakfast suitable for vegans is available at the hotel, served between 7:00 - 10:00 a.m.

The Hotel chef has just come up with a couple of great vegan options for us for $12 pp:
 
OPTION 1:  A breakfast platter of grilled Tofu with potatoes, including a bagle, coffee, soy milk. 
                     Scroll down to see what this platter will look like. It will be served with a bagle instead of a toast.
OPTION 2:  Hot/cold cereals, bagles and fruit and juice, coffee, soy milk along with other
                    vegan favorites like flaxseed, granola, peanut butter.

Lunch at your discretion. During breakfast time, you may order a vegan sandwich/platter directly with your server. Orders are taken at the Hotel restaurant only during breakfasttime since the hotel does not open for lunch on week-ends.

A very convenient and inexpensive breakfast & other light  meals in your hotel suite:
(you will find a microwave, fridge & sink and coffee table in your suite)
Bring your bagels, peanut butter, fruit etc, make a piping hot pot of coffee & Voila!
